PLENARY HALL
The Plenary Hall is PICC’s largest single venue, the imposing gallery-like auditorium ideal for major corporate functions, governmental or NGO-level exchanges, trade or educational symposia-in short, any event requiring the highest level of functionality and participation.
The interior design is inspired by Malaysian traditional "Mengkuang" basket motif, which also enhances illumination from natural speech intelligibility and for sound amplification, includes two royal boxes, two public viewing galleries, eight interpreter rooms operating 32 channels, and two large screens.
PERDANA HALL
With its built-in adaptability and flexible configuration, the column-free Perdana Hall is the perfect choice for large banquets, themed events, weddings, major ceremonies, presentations, and artistic performances.
Stunning interior design based on the "songket" pattern-the traditional, intricately embroidered Malay textile fabric-adds a dramatic dimension.
The hall features include a 9-meter-high ceiling, multiple stage location options, changeable back projection, stage screens and lighting, and advanced data correspondence ICT system.
PUTRA HALL A & B
The two main halls, each comprising approximately 2333 sqm of usable space, can be combined or utilized separately via automated partitioned walls, affording both versatility and flexibility – from intimate banquet, to seminar, to exhibition venue.
The halls allow or a configuration of 1400 sqm exhibition booths in a circular mode with eight interpreter rooms
CONFERENCE HALL 1 - 10
Ideally suited to host any small to medium sized conference. The venue features an adjustable arch with minimal obstruction and optimal ceiling heights to facilitate swift scene changes.
Up to 5 halls may be combined for a total seating capacity of 1500 pax and a total area of 1650 sqm that can accommodate up to 64 booths with a comfortable circulation of 9 sqm to spare, plus interpreter rooms in every hall.
